New Year Resolutions

Another year dawns, full of possibility and promise.

Don’t you just love summer school holidays, 6 weeks of sleeping in, pyjama days and a little extra sewing time.  It’s safe to blog about the log cabin quilt now as the recipient is away camping.  Katherine and I had a lot of fun working on this quilt together.  Happy 40th Nicole!

We have a bumper crop of little tomatoes this year and not many have made it into the house as we’ve been munching on them while out in the garden.

My resolution this year is to finish off some of my numerous UFO's. I’m going back to work three days a week this year and so will have a little less stitching time. I’m going to put a list together here and may require a little accountability! Congrats also to Christy and Clare the winners of the new year giveaway.

Blessings
Kylie

Such a pretty quilt Kylie.

Got to love the school holidays - sleep ins, no school lunches or drop off and lazy days but I have to admit to liking the routine of school term too. hhmmm.... sounds like I am ready for school to go back... LOL
Enjoy what's left of the holidays,
Kerryanne

Hey Kylie
I got home from work 1/2 an hour ago & I'm pooped - I did buy some more fabric though!
Nicole's Birthday quilt looks amazing :) Well done you 2.
It looks like the dinosaur on James' top is eating some tomatoes too.
Luv Ya
Nelly xx

Hi Kylie, you and Katherine have done a lovely job on Nicole's quilt. I planted some yummy tomatoes like yours too but the green grubs ate ALL of them!! I am looking forward to seeing what is on your UFO list and I'm sure us girls in cyberspace will keep you on track!! Best Wishes, Evonne xx
